Pat Sullivan's Felix the Cat #68
In the whimsical chaos of a 1956 carnival, Felix the Cat finds himself cannon-balled over the fence to save Kitty’s admission—only to land in a mess of feathers and confusion. After a quick detour to a novelty booth, he has a cardboard silhouette made of himself, but when it comes to life, it’s the silhouette who starts chasing Kitty. A delightfully absurd twist in "Merry-Go-Round," written by Otto Messmer and Joe Oriolo with art by Messmer and inks by Oriolo, this issue captures the classic charm of the series, all wrapped in a cover by Joe Oriolo.
