“Stilt Skating”

In "Stilt Skating," Felix the Cat finds himself in a frozen predicament after turning an unexpected shade of blue from the Antarctic chill. Mistaken for a stranger by the very scientists he once rescued, he must navigate their icy domain—especially their mischievous sled dog—before finding shelter in a makeshift igloo. Written by Joe Oriolo and illustrated by Otto Messmer, this 1956 Harvey classic features a delightfully absurd twist on survival, with cover art by Joe Oriolo.

Felix has literally turned blue from the Antarctic cold and, as a result, the two oddball scientists don't recognize him as the black cat who saved their lives in Part One - and summarily dismiss him. Running afoul of the scientists' sled dog, Felix eventually ends up in a "home-made igloo".
