The ninth chapter of Outsiders — In the Cities of Order and Chaos brings the team to what promises to be a lost-city adventure, and Roger Cruz's cover sets the mood beautifully: a determined man in a suit with a black panther at his feet stands in the foreground, while a towering figure and a dark-haired woman armed with a staff survey ancient ruins bathed in a warm, golden haze. The composition has a cinematic, globe-trotting energy that fits the arc's title, "The Lost City of Cannon," perfectly. With Lanzing and Kelly scripting and Valentina Taddeo's rich colors giving the whole package a lush, sun-drenched atmosphere, this is a compelling chapter in one of DC's more quietly adventurous titles.
