This haunting issue of Outcast — subtitled "A Father's Love" — arrives with a cover by Paul Azaceta that immediately unsettles: a small child lies on its back, arms raised, surrounded by dark grasping hands, while a large luminous silhouette of a standing figure looms overhead.
