“Catharsis”

In "Catharsis," Grifter—still reeling from a world-saving mission—finds himself stranded in Nicaragua, only to be ambushed by the enigmatic Neo, who steals his guns and vanishes. Determined to reclaim his weapons, Grifter tracks Neo to Taiwan, where he infiltrates a high-stakes warehouse showdown that spirals out of control when Diabolik arrives, hunting a stolen nuclear detonator. Written by Steven T. Seagle and illustrated by Ryan Benjamin, with inks by Tom McWeeney and colors by Wendy Fouts and Wildstorm Effects, this issue blends tense action with a grounded, character-driven edge. The cover, penciled by Benjamin and inked by McWeeney, captures the moment just before chaos erupts.
