“Hard Choices Part One The Heart of the Hunter”

This 2010 Marvel collection brings together early New Warriors adventures under the banner of New Warriors Classic, and the cover — penciled by Mark Bagley and inked by Mike Mignola — delivers a dynamic ensemble shot of the full team surging forward in battle-ready formation, with a glowing energy burst at the center drawing the eye. Night Thrasher, Nova, Firestar, Namorita, Marvel Boy, Silhouette, and Speedball are all represented in that kinetic charge, capturing the youthful energy that defined the series. With writing by Fabian Nicieza, art by Mark Bagley, and inking by Sam de la Rosa on the interior pages, this is a great way to revisit these stories in one handsome volume.
