Moon Mullins #1

Moon Mullins features the titular character and his companions in two connected stories. In the first story, Moon bets he can take a girl named Bill Joedan to the prom, leading to comic mishaps involving cars and pursuit through town. In the second story, Moon encounters a fortune teller who uses a crystal ball to predict he will meet a beautiful blonde and come into millions of dollars, prompting Moon and his uncle to scheme about the promised wealth and plan a world tour. The issue concludes with Moon announcing his departure and fooling no one with his grandiose claims.
