Mooie zomers #5

The fifth volume of Mooie Zomers arrives in 2018 with "London calling," and Jordi Lafebre's cover sets a wonderfully kinetic tone: a group of figures — men, women, and a young girl with flowing blonde hair — dash through a swirling snowfall, their colorful coats (red, teal, green, yellow) streaming behind them in cheerful chaos. Zidrou and Lafebre's warmly human series clearly isn't short on energy or heart, and this wintry dash hints at the kind of lively, emotionally resonant adventure the series does so well.
