Blackhawk is called in by international diplomats to rescue exploring fliers held as slaves in a remote mountain nation, and he infiltrates the hidden stronghold with his team. There he discovers the tyrannical Ataman Tivarr—a Western renegade who seized power and now rules through brutal enslavement—and must find a way to free the captives and break the chains of this isolated slave empire.
