Henry Lyme, Meru, Perrier and Dusty Carbine go to Egypt to find the sceond part of the secret map to the location of Shangri-La, the main center of Mind Management, which is hidden under the Sphynx. The Sniper attempts to kill Henry Lyme, but fails several times, despite his unique ability being the ability to never miss his target. The last seven pages of the story illustrate portions of six songs written and performed by Dusty Carbine, with the seventh page containing partial lyrics to those songs.
