Henry Lyme, Meru and Duncan find Shangri-La. Meru finds the Library with the true version of every event in history. The books appear blank, but using Mind Mgmt training, the images and words appear. The librarian points Meru to the book she wants, which helps her to remember her entire past, including being recruited as a Mind Mgmt agent as a child, then having her memory erased and being sent to live with foster parents when Mind Mgmt officials determined she was too dangerous and couldn't be controlled.
