Kiani battles Marqueses for the fate of Casque. Her foe proves too powerful for her, however, and Kiani is fatally stabbed. Casque finally exhibits his true abilities by defeating Marqueses and healing Kiani. He reveals to his former pupil that he is actually a member of the Black and he leaves her to return to his people.
