Mega Man #6

Archie's Mega Man #6 plunges the Blue Bomber straight into underwater peril — the cover by Patrick Spaziante captures him mid-battle beneath the waves, blasting away at a globular enemy robot while orange aquatic badniks close in from every side. The bright burst of his Mega Buster and the swirl of bubbles give the whole image terrific kinetic energy, perfectly matching the "Deep Trouble" subtitle. Part two of the "Time Keeps On Slipping" arc, this 2011 Archie/Capcom series was already delivering the kind of faithful, energetic Mega Man action fans of the games had long been hoping to see in comics form.
