Freddy gets the chance to meet Uncle Dudley at Shazam, Inc., and learns that business has been slow for the firm. But the phone suddenly rings with a plea for help from Henry Blair, who has received a death threat from his former business associate. Marvel Junior and Uncle Marvel must try to protect several business partners in danger, and while doing so, Junior uncovers the identity of the real culprit.
