Clyde, an unexceptional agent of SHIELD, tries to prove his mettle when the agency is called to enforce the Superhuman Registration Act but Clyde becomes increasingly dubious of his role. Demoted to duty in Toledo, Clyde captures a novice superhuman called the Helper but as they converse Clyde's conscience gnaws at him.
