Marvel Team-Up #106

Spider-Man and Captain America are caught mid-air above a glittering New York City skyline, and judging by that massive green tail whipping in from the lower left, their night is about to get considerably worse — the cover copy says it all: "…definitely NOT a good place to meet…the Scorpion!" Frank Miller's cover art for this June 1981 issue crackles with kinetic energy, the two heroes tumbling through the air as an electric burst lights up the scene. Tom DeFalco and Herb Trimpe deliver the interior action in what sounds like a thoroughly satisfying slug-fest of a team-up.
