O exército do General, a recuperar da batalha com o Surfista, entra em pânico ao ver a nave espacial de Shalla-Bal a aproximar-se. Disparam e capturam-na e a Yarro Gort. Gort aceita ajudar El Capitan e o General a destruir os seus inimigos e o Surfista com tecnologia Zenn-Lavian. Entretanto, o Surfista conhece os combatentes pela liberdade que se estão a revoltar-se contra o General. Junta-se-lhes enquanto atacam o exército invasor. O Surfista luta com Gort e liberta Shalla-Bal, mas não sem antes esta ser baleada. O Surfista é obrigado a enviá-la de volta para Zenn-La para receber tratamento.
