The Torch and Toro investigate a case in which a chauffeur and a housekeeper are suspected of murdering their employer, Mr. Jordan, to collect on his considerable life insurance policy. The duo discover, however, that the victim was actually a homeless man made up to look like Jordan, and it was all the scheme of the real Mr. Jordan, who had been in disguise as the "housekeeper" the entire time.
