Thinking he had a part in capturing Aunt May, Spider-Man fights a souped up Electro, getting badly injured in the process, but not before he redistributes $20,000,000 that the electric dynamo and his partner, the Vulture, stole from the Owl to a bunch of onlooking New Yorkers. Rushed to the hospital, a bedridden Spider-Man is visited by the Vulture.
