Das Militär nimmt Rick gefangen und General Ross überzeugt ihn, dass sie den Hulk brauchen, um eine neue Rakete für die nationale Sicherheit zu testen. Rick trickst den Hulk in die Kapsel ein, aber als er in den Weltraum geschossen wird, erkennt er, dass Ross ihn getäuscht hat, um seinen Feind loszuwerden. Rick setzt die Programmierung außer Kraft und bringt die Rakete zur Erde zurück, aber nicht bevor Banner weiterer Strahlung ausgesetzt wird. Der Hulk ist nun nicht mehr in der Lage, in seine menschliche Form zurückzukehren und steht unter Ricks Kontrolle, aber nur, solange Rick wach bleibt.
