Marmaduke Mouse discovers that Prince Pinky, a royal character, has been captured and hidden in a castle. With help from his friend Egbert, Marmaduke attempts a rescue, only to stumble into an encounter with spies hiding in an old gloomy cave who possess a stolen atom bomb. The spies plan to use the bomb to escape the country and sell it to a dictator, but Marmaduke inadvertently disrupts their scheme, leading to a chaotic battle as the authorities close in on the criminals.
