In Transylvania 1472, Vlad the Impaler becomes Dracula. In 1981, Dracula recalls other monsters to his service including the Creature, his three brides and Igor. Elsewhere, Darkshadow and Ilsa infiltrate Area 51 searching for the Witch Stone. During search for Jekell, Slayer encounters Dokuhebi, another monster hunter and former associate. Slayer's search leads him to a location outside of Chicago where another monster has prepared an ambush. In a fantasy world from a different time, the wizard Maldor Darkmoon and his young apprentice embark on a journey to face a dragon.
