In 1981, police investigate the disappearance of a boy and the murder of a woman whose heart was extracted. Elsewhere a man orders his henchwoman to find the Witch Stone. A boy sees his old neighbor staring toward his house at night with glowing eyes. A masked figure called the Slayer reappears after a long absence seeking Fat Tony. In a flashback to 1896, the Slayer works with Professor Abraham Van Helsing to "kill" Count Dracula by a staking his heart and burying him in a London cemetery; however, back in 1981, the Wolf Man in human form calls the police to warn them that Dracula is back.
