Marc Spector: Moon Knight #58
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeDeath in the Family" sets a foreboding tone for this January 1994 issue, and Stephen Platt's cover art delivers the tension in full — Moon Knight looms dramatically overhead, white cape billowing against a massive full moon, sword raised, while two menacing figures crowd the foreground: a broad-shouldered man in a red coat and a scarred, powerfully built brute with white hair. The layered composition, with flickering torches and golden ornamentation framing the scene, gives the whole thing an almost ceremonial dread. Terry Kavanagh and Fred Haynes were pushing Marc Spector into some genuinely dark territory at this point in the series, and this cover promises nothing less.
