Mandrake the Magician #2

Nov 1966 · King Features · 0.12 USD
“Specter from Space”

In "Specter from Space," Mandrake the Magician takes flight to stop Lucky Larry’s sky-high casino—floating three miles above the ground to dodge the law—when the magician convinces the pilot to land, exposing the illegal operation. With André LeBlanc handling both the interior art and cover, this 1966 King Features classic blends whimsy and sleight-of-hand in a story where the sky isn’t the limit, but the trap.
