Inside, this September 1979 issue promises parodies of Invasion of the Body Snatchers and Mork & Mindy, plus Mad's trademark takes on classified ads, jocks, judges, discos, and guarantees. Seventy-five cents of what the cover cheerfully calls "earth-shattering idiocies" — and Alfred has already taken that description literally.
