News comes that the area where Bart and Sheila live is being redeveloped and their families are being moved to flats. Bart is glad because he always wanted to get away from there, but wouldn't leave without Sheila. Sheila was content there and is sad to see the neighborhood being torn down. As the day approaches where her family's house will be torn down, she has to decide if she is going to leave with Bart or go with her family.
