Orphaned Bud is aided by Jadspur, who shares his anger at “Eastern carpetbaggers” who oppress the decent people of the West. The duo seeks revenge, but Jadspur is actually only interested in the money they steal. Nancy tries to convince Bud to break with Jadspur, but it’s only when Jad tries to rob Nancy’s father’s bank that Bud sees the light. He kills Jadspur in a gunfight and will now marry Nancy.
