A cheerful May 1948 offering from Dell, this issue finds Bugs Bunny dressed to the nines in patriotic red, white, and blue finery — hat, jacket, and bow tie included — clutching a bouquet of daisies tagged "To Petunia from Bugs," while a pair of mischievous little bee-like sprites cause merry chaos around him, all against a bright sky-blue backdrop. A "Do Not Pick Flowers" sign nearby adds a perfectly deadpan punchline to the whole delightful scene, captured in Dan Gormley's sprightly cover art.
