Lobo #57
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe Main Man has apparently gone straight — or at least put on the uniform — as this December 1998 cover by Greg Luzniak and Mark Propst shows a snarling, red-eyed Lobo decked out in full police officer's gear, badge and all, thrusting a gun directly at the reader while his signature hook-and-chain dangles from his fist. A speech bubble reading "STOP! …OR I'LL SHOOT!" leaves little doubt that law enforcement in Lobo's hands is anything but conventional, and the wall-to-wall "FRAGGA" background text sets the tone perfectly. With Alan Grant at the wheel for "The Curse of Tootn-Kamn!", this issue promises the gleefully unhinged energy the series does so well.
