Lobo roars into the "Stargaze Rally" in this January 1996 kick-off to a new arc, and the cover by Steve Ellis and John Dell says everything you need to know about the chaos ahead. The Main Man himself thunders toward the viewer astride his skull-adorned motorcycle, knuckle tattoos reading "FRAG" and "OFF," wild hair flying and fanged grin wide, flanked by a rough pack of rally riders — including a red-haired woman and a helmeted biker — all kicking up clouds of dust beneath a blazing orange sky.
