“Reservoir Mooks”

Part of DC's 1994 "Zero Hour" initiative, this issue promises "The Beginning of Tomorrow!" for everyone's favorite Czarnian bounty hunter. The cover by Val Semeiks and John Dell puts Lobo front and center in all his wild-haired, cigar-chomping glory — firing a blazing weapon in one hand while swinging his signature hook-and-chain with the other, surrounded by scattered skulls, bullet casings, and the crushed remains of a spiked helmet beneath his boots. It's a fittingly chaotic snapshot of the Main Man, with Alan Grant, Val Semeiks, and John Dell delivering the mayhem inside as well.
