The cover by Val Semeiks and John Dell puts Lobo front and center in all his wild-haired, cigar-chomping glory — firing a blazing weapon in one hand while swinging his signature hook-and-chain with the other, surrounded by scattered skulls, bullet casings, and the crushed remains of a spiked helmet beneath his boots. It's a fittingly chaotic snapshot of the Main Man, with Alan Grant, Val Semeiks, and John Dell delivering the mayhem inside as well.
