Humphrey and his sister go to the fair, where Humphrey consumes gargantuan amounts of food. He naively tries a rigged weight-lifting game and wins easily because of his huge size. The crowd recognizes that the game is rigged; they chase off the barker and his accomplice, and give Humphrey all the prizes. He just wants to get home because he's hungry.
