Little Max Comics #59

In "See Worthy," Little Max borrows Alice’s umbrella, only to find he has to hold it so low he can’t see where he’s going. After crashing into a pedestrian and tearing a hole in the fabric, he discovers the rip gives him a perfect view—now he can stay dry and see the way forward.

In "Water Boy," Casey and Little Max strike a deal: water the circus animals for tickets to the big show. Casey volunteers for the horses—plenty of buckets, but manageable—while Max reluctantly takes on the camels, knowing they’ll need far more than anyone expected. The ringmaster insists Casey must be on duty every night, but Max is free to skip… though the camels, it seems, might not survive a week without a drop.
