This issue contains two main stories. In the first, a character seeks tomato juice as a cure for an order and drives through the city at night searching for a delicatessen, eventually stopping at one to purchase ten quarts. In the second story, "Li'l Genius," a boy causes trouble by writing insulting messages on public property; when caught, he is forced to wash off the signs. A separate story, "Atomic Mouse: There Are Ways and Ways," features Atomic Mouse trying to find a birthday present for someone's mother without spending money, ultimately deciding to rake leaves on the lawn as a gift, though the results backfire when a meteor crashes down.
