Batman soars over Gotham City's brooding, gothic skyline on this February 1992 cover — cape spread wide, the Dark Knight captured mid-leap above massive stone arches and towering spires rendered in moody grays and blues. The striking visual collaboration between Chris Sprouse and Anton Furst gives Gotham itself an almost tangible weight, and the issue sweetens the deal with a bonus "Gotham City Visions" feature by Furst.
