Reggie wins a midget hot rod in a contest and it attracts all the girls. Veronica decides that she wants to ride with Reggie instead of Archie. Betty remains loyal to Archie and he says he'll just let her ride in his car. Reggie wrecks his hot rod and fickle Archie wants to drive Veronica again. Betty says it will be over his dead body.
