In "Memory Coarse," Moose enlists Jughead’s help to win back Midge after standing her up, leading Jughead to spin a tale about Moose’s supposed memory lapses. When Jughead accidentally lets Moose in on the ruse, the plan backfires in a way neither of them expected.

In "Flying Pies," Greg’s obsession with the chaotic antics of the "Droopy Pails" TV show reaches new heights—until Jinx and Gigi, inspired by the spectacle, buy a custard pie with the intent to toss it at him. But as they stand there, the pie’s tempting perfection makes them hesitate, leaving the joke hanging in the air.

In "Doin' What's Natural," Archie's antics with Betty spark Veronica's playful retaliation, leading her to flirt with Reggie—much to Archie’s dismay. As Mr. Weatherbee and Miss Grundy attempt to keep the peace, the classroom tension finally boils over into a full-blown rivalry between the two couples.
