In "Hvit villmark," Ruth, Timmy, and Lassie find themselves stranded in the snowy wilderness after their plane crashes during a flight home. With Paul injured and no help in sight, the young boy and his loyal dog must survive the harsh elements and a relentless pack of wolves.

In "Brunen på egen hånd," a young boy named Ted Bailey is injured in a car accident and carried to safety by strangers, leaving his loyal dog Blaze alone and vulnerable. Forced to survive on his own, Blaze finds himself drawn to a band of wild burros and must protect them from a lurking cougar.

When a sudden flood sweeps Timmy and his scouting friends away after an aqueduct breaks, they cling to a tree as the waters rise. Lassie, ever loyal, plunges into the raging current to find help. With the flood receding and Paul arriving just in time, the boys are pulled to safety.
