When Lash La Rue crosses paths with an old friend—now sheriff of Ulster Gulch—he discovers that outlaw Ned Cleery and his gang are behind a string of robberies in the territory. After a dramatic confrontation leaves Cleery locked up, the roving marshal soon finds himself tracking a far more cunning threat: a mysterious gang that vanishes without a trace, striking towns across the region while somehow evading every pursuit. As robberies continue in Cactus Junction and clues point back to Ulster Gulch itself, Lash must uncover how these outlaws are pulling off the perfect crime.
