Lance O'Casey, a sailor, battles hidden Nazis who attack him from a rock above, managing to overcome them despite overwhelming odds. After being rescued by Mike and Donna, Lance recounts his harrowing adventure at sea, where he and his crew faced a typhoon, a dead calm, a fierce storm, and a fire that nearly destroyed their ship. Seeking the mythical Sacred Horn of Allah to use in locating the nearest pyramid, Lance becomes separated from his companions and encounters a tribe of native people whose miracle nuts temporarily grant him superhuman strength, allowing him to escape and reunite with Mike and Donna before departing the region.
