With the Judgment War between Heaven and Hell imminent, Lady Death refuses to join either side but chooses to fight for herself. She raises an army of undead soldiers to join Cremator and Asterorh as her allies. The angel, Azrael, shows up with the Eternal Scythe and joins her as well. Tired of playing defense, Lady Death attacks Lucifer's forces. In order to win the battle, she chooses to take up the Eternal Scythe and this brings the other three horsemen to her side as well. With the addition of Famine, Pestilence and War to her army, Lady Death is actually able to force Lucifer to retreat.
