Vandala sends Lady Death to the realm of Telemach where she is quickly captured and put up for auction as a slave. She is purchased by the fallen angels, Macabre and Malady, as they want to add her to their collection of souls. Lady Death infects them with the angelic side of her powers and frees the souls of all of the women Macabre has toyed with in his artistic endeavors. Asteroth cuts his way through Pandemonium in his search for Lady Death.
