King Conan #13
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeMarvel's "Mightiest Monarch of a Time-Lost Land" charges headlong into danger on this November 1982 issue, with cover art by Marc Silvestri and Ricardo Villamonte showing a fierce, sword-wielding Conan lunging forward against a massive, clawed creature whose enormous talons and glowing eye dominate the right side of the composition. The contrast between the barbarian king's raw, determined energy and the sheer scale of his monstrous opponent makes for a genuinely gripping cover. With Doug Moench scripting "Circle of Sorcery" and Silvestri on interior art, this is a solid entry in Marvel's early-eighties sword-and-sorcery lineup.
