A blood-red atmosphere sets the mood for this unsettling issue of Image's horror series, as the cover presents two monstrous, skull-adorned figures facing each other in a tense, close-quarters confrontation — their tattered, shadowy forms lit by an eerie amber glow that gives the whole composition a hellish, pressure-cooker tension.
