Kid Carrots encounters a group of crooks at an Elite Art Gallery and, after a chaotic battle involving the stolen artwork, successfully captures them and earns a reward. Later, Kid Carrots falls into an elevator shaft and is mysteriously transported to a surreal underground realm where he encounters a tiger and experiences a strange transformation, becoming temporarily green before returning to normal. The issue also includes an advertisement for a 3-D comic book called "Mighty Mouse" featuring Paul Terry's character, available with free 3-D space goggles.
