The issue contains two stories. "The Crocodile Moon" features Kaänga battling a giant crocodile creature while protecting a woman in the African jungle. "Matago's Drum" depicts safari guide Ramsay approaching Chief Matago's village with a secret arms trading mission, encountering warnings of danger and attempting to distribute rifles and ammunition to the natives while concealing his true intentions from his guide Duwelo. The second story concludes with Kaänga and a jungle queen parting ways as various tribal conflicts and supernatural forces threaten the region.
