Using the Heart of Darkness (aka the Eclipso Diamond), Max has taken control of the Justice League, and within minutes has them take control of the world for him. When Max captures Amanda Waller, Batman leads the Suicide Squad and Lobo on a mission to stop Max, but the eclipsed Justice League is ready to stop them. Meanwhile, it becomes clear to Amanda that the Heart of Darkness is taking control of Max for its own nefarious purposes.
