In "Homeworld: Part 1 of 2," Equinox answers a psychic distress call from Martian Manhunter, leading her to Mars where she discovers a group of escaped criminals from the planet's high-security gulag. With Animal Man out of commission, she reaches out to the current Justice League, setting off a mission that takes them to the red planet’s surface. Written by Jeff Lemire and illustrated by Jed Dougherty, with colors by Gabe Eltaeb and letters by Dezi Sienty, this issue features a cover by Mike McKone.
