In "Chapter 1: Firestorm vs. Manhunter from Mars," Firestorm finds himself outmatched when the Martian Manhunter infiltrates the JLA satellite in search of an Appellax meteor. With the League’s founding members mysteriously absent, the remaining heroes—Elongated Man, Hawkman, Red Tornado, Black Canary, Zatanna, Atom, and Green Arrow—must piece together the truth: the founding members are already on a mission to recover the seven Appellax meteors from their very first case. Now, the new team splits up, each determined to intercept one of the original heroes before the meteors fall into the wrong hands.

In "Chapter 2: Phantom Stranger, Aquaman vs. Red Tornado," the fate of a mysterious meteor hangs in the balance as Aquaman races against time, pursued by the relentless Red Tornado. With the Phantom Stranger watching from the shadows, old tensions flare and unexpected alliances form as the battle unfolds—only to be reshaped by forces beyond the physical realm.

In "Chapter 5: The Flash vs. The Elongated Man," the speedster Barry Allen faces off against the stretchy Elongated Man in a high-stakes clash that ends with a surprising victory. With the Appellax meteor in hand, Flash returns to the Justice League's original headquarters—only to find it in ruins and the founding members, including Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter, struggling with lost memories of their earliest days as a team.

In "Chapter 6: Green Arrow and Black Canary vs. Batman," the Dark Knight uses his cunning to outmaneuver the archer and his ally, securing the Appellax meteor for himself. With tensions rising across the Justice League, the heroes gather at their respective bases, each wondering what the discovery of the seventh meteor could mean.

In "Chapter 7: Hawkman vs. Superman," the hero Hawkman [Katar Hol] races to intercept two robotic duplicates of Superman, determined to prevent them from claiming the powerful Appellax meteor. Though he succeeds in stopping the machines, he’s too late to stop the real Superman from seizing the prize. As Hawkman drifts unconscious into space, he vanishes in a sudden, unexplained teleportation—leaving his fate hanging in the void.

In "null," the Justice League of America faces a cosmic threat when the seven meteors unite, resurrecting the seven alien warriors of Appellax in their cloned battle forms. As the ancient invaders overwhelm the heroes, the newer League members uncover the forgotten memories of the team’s founding members—only to find themselves caught in a battle that tests the very legacy of the League.
